We will start the week by clarifying your numbers for August and reviewing sales results for the year to date, so you have a snapshot of your year’s performance so far.  This will be the foundation for the big plans we will make in the days ahead!

 

TUESDAY 3 SEPTEMBER – Goals Review

Once you know where you are, it’s time to dust off the goals and targets you set at the start of the year! Are they still aligned with what you want to achieve?  Do they need updating, amending or just a renewed emphasis after the summer?

Haven’t set any goals yet?  No worries, you will get the framework you need to do this now, so you have clear focus moving forward to the end of the year!

 

WEDNESDAY 4 SEPTEMBER – Upcoming Opportunities

Now you know what you are aiming for, we will review all the key sales dates and marketing topics, trading patterns, promotional periods/markdowns, events and the other sales growth opportunities that are ahead between now and the end of the year.

Planning your key actions planned now, will mean you maximise every sales opportunity in the final months of the year!

 

THURSDAY 5 SEPTEMBER  – Product Planning

You can’t hit your sales goals without the right stock!

We will review your current stock position and how this aligns to your goals and opportunities ahead, ensuring you have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time and the right price to meet customer demand in the months ahead. 

We will also look at which stock to include in your planned sale or discount offers, to maximise sales revenue and minimise dead or fragmented stock as you end the year.

 

FRIDAY 6 SEPTEMBER – People Planning

Whether you are managing an existing team, preparing to bring support into your business for Q4, or are planning to stay as a solopreneur in the months ahead, we will identify the steps you need to take to end the year with a healthy, happy and productive workforce!
